Our Local Property Representatives are the heart of our professional customer service.  Alton Estates are RICS regulated and this means we have to offer a professional service to our clients.  Our representatives are hand picked because of their ability to build our customer relationships.


Reporting to one of our hub operations you will supported by our modern IT driven processes to enable you to work remotely, but with one to one mentoring to suit your ambitions.


The role generally involves operating most processes related to property lettings, sales and management. Typically this could include marketing,  property registrations,  appraisals and maintaining our client database. 


For those of you who have a suitable RICS qualification you can also undertake formal property reports and surveys.
